HCTA – The Hampshire Construction Training Association is an independent not for profit organisation, made up of Construction Employers, large and small, just like you, based in Hampshire.
Is your Company involved in Construction?
Does your business need help finding relevant, good quality training?
Does the cost of training inhibit what you can do to develop your staff?
Would you like extra help in understanding the CITB?
Then call or drop us an email to find out what HCTA can do to help you!
Through our regular meetings, email and telephone support we help our members find quality training providers, access CITB grant and government funding and keep abreast of Industry initiatives and regulatory changes.
The meet ups are informal, relaxed affairs where members share ideas and learn from each other as well as from our external speakers.
Our membership is as diverse as the construction industry itself – check out our member profiles – including civils and specialist ground-workers, painters and decorators, bricklayers, petrol forecourt builders, small and large build general contractors, demolition, scaffolders, maintenance specialists. So whether your business in mainstream construction or a niche player you will meet like-minded industry professionals working together to improve skills, address staff shortages and maximise access to financial support to help with training.
Potential members are invited to come along to a meeting and have a one to one visit before joining. If you would like to find out more, why not call and have an informal chat with Eileen Bird our group training officer, on 07788 697219 or email her at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the enquiry form.
