Kathryn Osborne from CTP Future Horizons who support early service leavers. Kathryn herself looks after all under 18s nationally, with those older early leavers (normally still under 25s) looked after regionally.

Karen Jefford from Building Heroes, a West Sussex based charity which provides a level 1 construction qualification to older service leavers.

Carolyn Jay from Hampshire County Council who is one of the Project Co-Ordinators for the Construction Skills Fund (CSF) hubs within Hampshire. CSF is government money which is managed by CITB to provide training to those interested in joining the construction industry.
